Westside Christian Counseling

Trail Life USA is a Church-Based, Christ-Centered, Boy-Focused mentoring and discipleship journey that speaks to the heart of a boy. Established on timeless values derived from the Bible and set in the context of outdoor adventure, boys from Kindergarten through 12th grade are engaged in a Troop setting by male mentors where they are challenged to grow in character, understand their purpose, serve their community, and develop practical leadership skills to carry out the mission for which they were created.

American Heritage Girls (AHG) was founded by a group of parents wanting a faith-based, scout-type character development program for their daughters in 1995. The AHG Program is dedicated to the mission of building women of integrity through service to God, family, community and country. AHG girls across the nation and the globe participate in badge programs, service projects, leadership opportunities, and outdoor experiences, all with an emphasis on Christian values and family involvement.

Education Service Center - Region 19 Head Start Birth to Four Early Education proudly serves the community by helping improve the quality of life for thousands of low-income children and their families. The program offers a full range of high-quality early education and development services that are designed to increase school readiness and foster the healthy development of young children from birth to age 4. We are proud to have ESC 19 Head Start right next door to us.

We are proud to provide a "Jesus Suite" to Texas Child Protective Services as an emergency placing solution for children in need. We create a safe, loving space within our church walls which include a bedroom, private bathroom, and a staff lounge to minister to children during a hard time in their life.

EPCARES consists of teams across the city committed to coming alongside those who feel stuck, alone, or are vulnerable to exploitative or unhealthy relationships and trauma.  Team members go to local truck stops, the homeless, motels, convenience stores, bus stations, clubs, and other businesses with resources and just to be a friend.

We also bring posters of missing children in hopes that our community will reach out to them or anyone in need.

Mustard Seed Café is a nonprofit, donation-based café. We want to tell and demonstrate the love of Jesus to every single person who comes through our doors! We serve delicious, nutritious food with an accompanying commitment to recognize the dignity of each guest and treat them with respect.

We are proud to offer faith-based counseling services free-of-charge within the walls of our church. Need encouragement, support, or just someone to talk to? Arturo Jaime specializes in trauma, abuse, relationships, abandonment, and addiction. We are here for you.

ESL Classes

We offer free-of-charge English as a second language classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evening. Our classes are taught by Jan Derry, who has over 30 years of experience teaching English!
